The Firm, "Engineering Consultant Services Pakistan (ECSPAK), was founded by Engr. Shafiqur Rehman, former Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The founder is a registered Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council and possess an experience of about 34 years on his credit in various fields of Engineering and Managerial services. Based on experience of the founder, the firm has been placed on the panel of Registered Consultants under Registration No. CONSULT/2384 PEC-4A Serial No. 14955 dated 14th December, 2022 by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the capacity of Regulatory Body.
